Position Title:
Team Assistant - Part-time 30 hours weekly, varied days.
Overview:
The Team Assistant is primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
This position is also responsible and accountable for ordering and inventory of medical and office supplies.
They provide administrative assistance to Team Patient Care Manager and clinicians.

High School or GED equivalent required.
AA Degree preferred.
Experience - At least 3 years' office experience in an administrative environment.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
May require some nights and weekends.
Ability to deal professionally and effectively with all levels of Haven personnel.
Advanced proficiency with PC software such as Word/Excel/Power Point/Access Environment:

Lake City is surrounded by the Santa Fe, Suwannee and Ichetucknee rivers and numerous springs, the sheer beauty of the landscape inspires families to grow and thrive while the flourishing economic environment attracts a robust healthcare climate, plenty of shopping and top notch education systems from primary to post secondary, creating the ideal balance.
