Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner - Handle customer transactions accurately - Take food orders and prepare food items according to company standards - Upsell additional items or promotions to customers - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen - Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and prevent cross-contamination - Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations - Ability to work well in a team environment and help others when needed - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers - Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus - Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
