We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, entering data, and mailing -Create documents, maintain databases, and send memos and emails.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems - Answer calls and direct them to the appropriate parties - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars - Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks.
