We are looking for a medical customer service representative to communicate with our patients over the phone, taking orders and communicating with our other teams.
Pay Range:
$15 - $17 per hour plus commission Duties and
Responsibilities:
Receiving inbound phone calls from patients and resolving their concerns Taking orders for oxygen therapy device accessories Updating customer information in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software Collecting and verifying patient and payment information Processing orders and preparing them for shipment Providing great customer service over the phone Consistently exceeding performance targets and daily call quotas Communicating effectively with team members and management Other duties as assigned Compensation and

Qualifications:
