If you like interacting with people face to face, have the ability to work well in a team environment, then we need to meet you! Earn an hourly rate plus you have the ability to increase your hourly rate by $2-$3 per hour with bonus incentives.
You must have the ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
You must be able to wear western boots while working.
You must have strong social and communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store.

Requirements:
Essential Physical Requirements:
(Lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift) Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
Essential
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Previous retail or customer service experience helpful Weekend availability required.
Ability to interact with customers.
Strong communication skills are a must.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
