First Choice Infusion is looking for a Medical Assistant/ Front Desk for our Lake City Infusion Center.
Candidate will need; to work front desk, assist with RN as needed, patient intake, medication stocking, scheduling, act as patient liaison, and work well with members of a large infusion team with 4 other locations.
Full time position with benefits.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Scheduling and canceling patient appointments Checking-in and checking-out patients Answering the telephone Verifying patient insurance and demographics Collection of co-payments/coinsurance and personal balances Performs selected administrative duties
Experience:
Experience would be preferred but not required We welcome new graduates to join the team KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
This position requires the following minimum requirements:
Skill in maintain records Ability to interpret and apply guidelines and procedures.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
