Monthly Bonus Responsibilities Collect and process patient payments and insurance co-pays Schedule patient appointments Welcome patients and ensure patient information is complete and up to date Prepare for the following day by reviewing and auditing patient charts Prepare end of day documents and audits Proactively take initiative and thinking ahead to help provide better customer service Attend management meetings as needed Qualifications Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task Strong interpersonal skills Team player and communication Sales experience preferred but not required Proficient with practice management software (Open Dental preferred) Credentials 3
