- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries - Coordinate employee training and development programs as well as maintain training files - Support HR team in maintaining compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulation - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information Requirements - Associates degree in Human Resources or related field preferred - 2
