The primary responsibility of the Customer Service / Data Entry is to process incoming customer orders, follow up on customer issues, and communicate with customers via in person, phone and email.
Assisting callers with questions about the company or products, or troubleshooting basic technical issues and create invoices for customers for goods or services.
This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
