Responsibilities:
As an Car Sales / Internet Sales Consultant at Lake City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding their dream vehicles and guiding them through the sales process.
Your main duties will include:
Online Customer Engagement:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other online platforms.
Engage with prospects through phone calls or video conferencing to understand their needs and preferences.
Vehicle Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the dealership's vehicle inventory, features, and specifications.
Effectively communicate the benefits of different vehicles to potential customers.
Lead Generation and Follow-up:
Proactively identify and follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest in our vehicles.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their preferences and buying intentions.
Provide personalized assistance and recommendations throughout the vehicle selection process.
Sales Achievement:
Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless buying experience for customers.
Demonstrating vehicles and explaining their features to potential buyers.
Overreaching
Responsibilities:
Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their automotive needs and preferences.
Conducting test drives and addressing customer inquiries regarding vehicle performance, specifications, and financing options.
Collaborating with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest automotive trends, technologies, and models to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
No prior automotive sales experience is required; we welcome candidates from all backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow in this industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to connect with customers effectively.
Self-motivated individuals with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Must be able to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
