Record all customers leads notations and comments by using the CRM software Required to manage and Champion the Website to drive increase lead conversions Be fully knowledgeable of vehicle inventories, pricing, incentive programs and financing options Understand local competitors; be prepared to compete with them.
Be punctual for all work schedules and meetings Bilingual is a Plus! Deliver exceptional customer service Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of all products Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat Must be comfortable with computers programs and smart devices Maintain internet business processes Must be able to help onboard new hirers and train on a weekly basis BDC Management experience to manage a large BDC team Train and Educate staff on processes, word tracks and systems in place $85k
