org/ The Work You Will Do:
You will provide support for the local workforce board's business and employer solutions team including conducting job order data entry, business client follow-up, facilitation and documentation of mass recruitment, job fairs and hiring events.
You will serve as backup to enter candidate placement information into the labor exchange system and be responsible for daily job order maintenance, distribution of the Daily Job Order Report, and distribution of the Job Order Status Report on assigned days.

Responsibilities:
This is a professional position serving employers in the four-county region.
This person interfaces with local businesses, job seekers and program staff.
Visit or call employers to determine their needs, obtain job orders and promote the services provided by the CareerSource Center.
Obtains information on employers relative to the labor needs, operational structure and peak hiring periods and makes this information available to other local office personnel for selection and referral of suitable activities.
Interview applicants to access their needs and determine the eligibility for existing programs and referral on job openings.
Performs job development and makes promotional telephone calls.
Prepare reports on the results of the employer visits and calls for use by other office personnel.
Monitors and prepares reports on job order status.
Handles H2A requests and interstate/intrastate clearance orders; crew leader testing and registration and acts as a compliant Systems Specialist.
Perform other related duties as required in a 'seamless' service delivery area including branch office, itinerant location or out-stationed sites.
Determines appropriate job announcements and submits to media outlet for broadcast.
Attend Community outreach and events on a weekly basis.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
